Yes, It's Got to Come Back Out....

In response to several emails on the subject of what happens to a man's ejaculation sperm once he puts it inside a woman.
Well, it's simple - most of it has to come back out.
With most women will just drip back out or leave when they go pee. The balance will be washed away during a shower. Some minor amount does remain, that's how you get pregnant.
In some lesser cases, women shoot it back out, as shown in the picture. A woman who does vaginal exercises can force most of it back out.
